Bleeding Printer

Bleeding Printer

Saturday, September 25, 2004

The leaky cartridge is just another problem with my printer. All problems are now fixed after two frustrating days of cleaning and testing. The ink is good on wheat though.

Once I fixed the streak in the printer, I discovered a brand new ink tank only printed a few books. I downloaded a trial version of Inksaver software to manage the ink usage and purchased the do-it-yourself ink tank refill kits, which is why the ink is leaking here since I didn't tape off the bottom when I filled the tank. Overall though, the software did a great job and saved me a lot of ink.
